Every day a high volume of claims will be coming, of which some are manually processed by the claim processors and some of them are automatically by some automated solutions. Our project is to partially automate the existing manual workflows and provide business an efficient solution for routing the tasks for the processors who audit the claims. Also worked on another project where we need to fetch all the pended claims from a source system called NASCO based on pend code and route these claims to corresponding SME’s and also need to provide a wizard for the claim processors to work on claims pending with those codes.
